Upmarket fashion website My-wardrobe has been restructured via a pre-pack administration less than six months after its co-founder returned to rescue the business(Hat Display). Andrew Curran, who founded My-wardobe with his former wife Sarah Curran in 2006, has won new funding to secure the company's future as it was forced to call in administrators on Monday night.(Hat Display)
Curran left My-wardrobe in 2010 after he split from his wife, but returned in July heading up a consortium of investors who planned to revive the business.(Hat Display) The company made a loss of £4.9m in the year to June 2012 as it struggled to expand abroad and faced tough competition from bigger rival Net a Porter.
